Xitlalt Herrera, Founder, and CEO of X Level Inc. is a multi-talented & inspirational entrepreneur dedicated to reinventing the fashion and entertainment industry through diversity, empowerment, and positivity. She is a taste-maker who guides people and brands while keeping their essence. Her team takes projects to the X Level by taking what exists and reinventing the "Why?" behind it. XNetwork is her passion as she pulls together the best diverse teams to execute the grandest of visions, which is why X marks the spot.

Xitlalt has more than 22 years of experience in the Entertainment and Fashion Industries, such as 15 years with the Luxury Fashion Retailer Neiman Marcus. She is a sought-after Creative Director for private and non-profit worlds for projects or brands that need reinvention. She is a Public Speaker, Award-Winning Producer and has extensive experience in media and public relations.

Philanthropy is her passion. She has served on the boards and committees of Fashion Group International, GlassWing International, Mercado Global, Any Baby Can, Arts San Antonio, McNay Art Museum, ArtPace, Southwest School of Art, Blue Star, and is one of the founders of the acclaimed black-tie event, La Catrina Ball, for the Public Library Foundation.

Her vision and mission with X Level, Inc. is to enhance the branding/advertising, fashion, and entertainment industries through empowerment and inclusion.

Xitlalt cultivates talent and projects by connecting the dots from brand development, networking, styling, and strategic placement. She is a known taste-maker that elevates every project she is involved in.

Xitlalt’s passions are Art, Fashion, Literature, Travel, and Philanthropy. She is involved in organizations in San Antonio, New York, LA. & Latin America. She is always looking for ways to make a difference by partnering with nonprofits that focus on art, children's education, fashion, and mental health. She is a purpose-driven leader on a mission to make a difference and elevate those around her.
